Binh Duong - Phu Giao district has 11 administrative units arranged into 4 communes and is urgently ensuring conditions for communes to come into operation.

The People's Committee of Binh Duong Province said that new communes in Phu Giao district were arranged, including: Phu Giao commune (on the basis of merging the town of Phuoc Vinh, An Binh and 2 hamlets of Tam Lap commune); Phuoc Hoa commune (on the basis of merging Vinh Hoa commune, Phuoc Hoa commune and 2 hamlets in Tam Lap commune); Phuoc Thanh commune (on the basis of merging Phuoc Sang communes, Tan Hiep and An Thai communes); An Long commune (on the basis of consolidating An Long commune, An Linh commune and Tan Long commune).

The total number of civil servants and officials of 4 communes after arranging is 377. In particular, the union of 143 people and the government block of 234 people. Expected arrangement of police and commune military is 272 people. In particular, the commune police 36 people/commune and military 32 people/commune.

Currently, Phu Giao district is coordinating with agencies to rearrange old headquarters as headquarters for newly established communes.

In particular, Phu Giao commune (new) is expected to have a Public Administration Service Center located at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center Phu Giao District Branch; Phuoc Hoa commune Public Administration Service Center is expected to be located at the current Vinh Hoa Reception Point;

The Phuoc Thanh Commune Public Administration Service Center is expected to be located at the current Phuoc Sang Commune Reception Point; the new An Long Commune Public Administration Service Center will be located at the old An Long Commune People's Committee headquarters.

Central communes will arrange about 16-18 civil servants, the remaining communes will arrange about 10 civil servants at the Public Administration Service Center. Prioritize the arrangement of one-stop department personnel with 3 years of professional experience, grasp administrative procedures to guide people and businesses. Binh Duong province will also organize training on implementing administrative procedures for one-stop officers in new communes.

In addition, Phu Giao district has agreed to let 4 communes implement a plan to repair 3 Public Administration Service Centers and offices, to be completed before June 30, 2025. At the same time, it distributed and arranged assets such as specialized machinery and equipment and common machinery and equipment.

Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee said that Phu Giao district is urgently arranging facilities and arranging staff to work in the new communes from June 15 and officially operate from July 1, 2025.
