Major General Tran Thanh Hai - Deputy Commander of Military Region 5 chaired and monitored the announcement and awarding of decisions to more than 1,800 reserve officers, defense civil servants, and professional soldiers ensuring troop numbers for the Military Command of commune level.
Speaking to assign tasks, Major General Tran Thanh Hai congratulated the officers who received the decision, and at the same time requested that after receiving the task, they must urgently be present at the Military Command of the commune level, quickly approach work, firmly grasp the local situation, and closely coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to effectively implement national defense and military work.
Major General Tran Thanh Hai also emphasized that the time before, during and after the Lunar New Year has many important tasks such as combat readiness, troop recruitment, and training deployment.
Therefore, the new contingent of cadres needs to promote responsibility, bravery, and be exemplary in organizing the implementation of tasks; proactively advise on improving the quality of building militia and self-defense forces, reserve mobilization; maintain political security, social order and safety in the area.
The officers who received the decision expressed their honor in continuing to serve in the Army, affirming that they will strive to train, unite with the local armed forces to successfully complete their tasks, contributing to building an increasingly solid defense area.
The organization of the decision awarding was carried out closely, seriously, and in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of National Defense, showing concern in building strong local armed forces, meeting the requirements of national defense and military tasks in the new situation.
