Quang Binh established the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions on the basis of the Provincial Ethnic Committee. Appointed Mr. Vo Ngoc Thanh - Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee as Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.
Merge the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance, establish the Department of Finance of Quang Binh province. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dat - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment was appointed as Director of the Department of Finance.
Merge the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction, establish the Department of Construction of Quang Binh province. Mr. Hoang Dang Cuong - Director of the Department of Transport was appointed Director of the Department of Construction.
