The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee has just issued a document on the implementation of Conclusion No. 121 of the Party Central Committee along with Conclusion No. 126 and Conclusion No. 127 of the Politburo related to the arrangement and reorganization of the apparatus of the political system.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee requested local Party committees, Party organizations, and units to urgently thoroughly grasp and widely propagate this policy, especially the content of Conclusion No. 127 of the Politburo. The goal is to create unity in awareness and responsibility from the province to the grassroots level, as well as high consensus in the whole society, especially among cadres, civil servants and public employees.
In addition, the Provincial Party Committee also requested to temporarily suspend the organization of Party congresses at the commune and district levels for the 2025-2030 term, pending specific direction and guidance from the Central Government.
Quang Binh will develop a project on the system of local courts and prosecutors in the direction of not organizing at the district level. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is coordinating with the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies to study and propose merger and consolidation options in accordance with local realities.
The Department of Home Affairs coordinates with departments, branches, districts, towns and cities to proactively deploy preparation work and implement according to the contents and requirements of the Central Government in the process of developing a project to merge a number of provincial-level administrative units, not district-level organizations, and continue to merge commune-level administrative units.
Quang Binh will continue to implement the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus in all agencies and units in the political system with a spirit of urgency, seriousness and the highest consensus from top to bottom.
