On February 26, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Director of the Quang Binh Department of Home Affairs Tran The Vuong said that not achieving the consensus among voters in the previous arrangement was an important experience for the province to adjust the implementation method. To do better in the coming period, Quang Binh will promote propaganda and mobilization work from the beginning, clearly explaining the benefits of arranging administrative units so that people understand and support.
"People are mainly concerned about converting documents and administrative procedures after the arrangement.
