On October 2, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee said that up to now, Quang Nam has completed the review, consideration of responsibilities, and disciplinary action against organizations and party members who violated according to Notice No. 581 dated November 30, 2023 of the Central Inspection Committee.
Regarding the collective, there are 8 party organizations that violated to the extent that disciplinary action must be taken. Of these, 5 party organizations were disciplined with a reprimand, 3 party organizations violated to the extent of a reprimand, but no disciplinary decision was issued due to the statute of limitations; 8 party organizations were reviewed and lessons learned.
Regarding individuals, 31 party members violated to the extent that disciplinary action had to be taken. Of these, the decision to discipline 1 party member with a warning and 17 party members with a reprimand was issued; 13 party members violated to the extent of a reprimand, but no disciplinary decision was issued due to the statute of limitations; 81 party members were reviewed and lessons learned.
Regarding the inspection and supervision work of the Provincial Party Committee in the first 9 months of 2024, the district-level Party Committee and equivalent inspected 11 Party members for signs of violations. The Inspection Committee at all levels inspected 56 Party organizations and 127 Party members when there were signs of violations.
Party committees at all levels and Party cells have disciplined 5 Party organizations; reprimanded 45 Party members, warned 11 people, dismissed 3 people from office, and expelled 8 people from the Party.
The Inspection Committee at all levels disciplined 3 party organizations; reprimanded 53 party members, warned 15 people, dismissed 3 people, and expelled 25 people from the Party.
