On the afternoon of June 19, at a meeting with 34 provincial-level cadres who were transferred to work as Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, and Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards after the merger, Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Nam province praised the volunteer spirit and readiness to take on tasks at the grassroots level of the strengthened cadres.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung affirmed that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has carefully considered and selected 34 capable, qualified and prestigious cadres to strengthen to communes and wards to hold key positions in the new government model operation period. This team includes 5 Provincial Party Committee members, 2 directors, 17 deputy directors of departments, branches and equivalents, along with 10 heads and deputy heads of professional departments.
In particular, the provincial leaders highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, proactiveness and volunteerism of cadres - especially young comrades, who took on tasks in mountainous communes and disadvantaged areas. These are important political factors, helping to maintain the Party organization and effectively operate the commune-level government from the early days of the merger.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the team be strengthened to thoroughly grasp their role and political responsibility; promote the proactive spirit, maintain the Party's working principles and methods; and quickly coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to build a high level of solidarity and unity in performing tasks.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung requested to urgently prepare well for the trial operation of the two-level government model, especially in the work of the Party, the activities of the People's Council, People's Committee and the public administration apparatus at the commune level.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also assigned advisory agencies to help closely coordinate and create the best conditions for cadres to increase their work confidence and complete their assigned tasks well during the restructuring period of the province's apparatus.
