On February 24, in Hanoi, the National Political Publishing House of Truth in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission organized the introduction of the book "Radiant Vietnam - Marks of achievements of the XIII National Party Congress".
Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth emphasized that the term of the 13th Party Congress is a term of special significance in the history of national development.
With a system of scientific and rigorous arguments, rich data and documents, the book has summarized Vietnam's impressive development path in the past 5 years (2021-2025), clarifying the wise leadership and direction of the Central Party Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the drastic and flexible administration of the Government, the companionship of the National Assembly and especially the unity and consensus of the entire nation.
The Party's resolutions and policies effectively implemented in practice have demonstrated the scientificity, correctness, stability, and sustainability of the country's development guidelines, vividly demonstrating the motto "the Party's will suits the people's hearts". The achievements of the country achieved in the XIII Party Congress term have affirmed Vietnamese bravery and intelligence.
That will continue to be the driving force for the entire Party, people, and army to unite and strive with higher determination and effort; to be more dynamic and creative, promptly seize all opportunities and advantages; to steadily overcome all difficulties and challenges to bring the country steadily into a new era of development - an era of national rise; to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out for the XIV Party Congress term and the following years.
Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Tran Thanh Lam said that this is a meticulous summary work, with depth of theory and practical value, which has clarified great achievements and important lessons learned; and at the same time contributed to spreading belief and arousing the aspiration to develop the country in the new period.
Not only is it a summary of the achievements of the XIII Congress term, the book is also a valuable document serving foreign information, propaganda, and political and ideological education today.
