Inside the public administrative center, the words "Tran Phu Ward Public Administration Center" are also posted.
Because many walls of this headquarters have peeled off, a group of painters are scraping to repaint the new paint layer to beautify the headquarters that is about to conduct a 2-level local government trial.
Mr. Truong Cong Thanh - Vice Chairman of Thach Ha Ward People's Committee - said that up to this point, the locality has completed the gathering and packaging of Thach Ha ward's activity records.
"Due to the headquarters having some rusty and peeling walls, we are re-painting it to make it beautiful to soon serve the activities of the new ward according to the 2-level local government model," Mr. Thanh shared.
According to Mr. Thanh, the upcoming Thach Ha ward headquarters will not be able to meet the number of offices for cadres and civil servants in the new ward. Because, Tran Phu ward was established on the basis of merging Thach Trung ward, Dong Mon ward, Thach Ha ward and Ho Do commune.
However, according to Mr. Thanh, when it comes into operation, the superiors may have a plan and solution to gradually overcome the situation and meet the needs of the staff.

The new commune and ward units have also drafted documents to receive, appoint, arrange, and assign civil servants, public employees, and workers; drafted working regulations for the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee also established 7 teams to draft documents for congresses of ward and commune Party Committees to lead the implementation to ensure smoothness and uninterruption in the process of trial operation of commune-level agencies (new). It is expected that by June 20, all document development teams will hand over to the new Party Executive Committee.
The leaders of Ha Tinh City also pointed out some difficulties in implementation: facilities and working conditions in new communes and wards do not meet the requirements of the current apparatus; The arrangement and assignment of staff to work positions for all cadres, civil servants and public employees from old units to the new structure still faces many challenges...
According to the plan of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, this locality will conduct a trial operation of 12 commune and ward units according to the 2-level local government model from June 20 to June 28.
The purpose is to evaluate, learn from experience, ensure local government after the end of district-level operations and rearrange and reorganize commune-level administrative units in the province to operate smoothly, continuously, effectively and efficiently.
