The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Office has just announced the conclusion of the direction of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, regarding the preparation for the trial operation of local authorities at the commune level.
Accordingly, Mr. Ha directed departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to review and complete tasks according to the direction of the Central Government and the Provincial People's Committee.
It is necessary to focus on organizing the apparatus, infrastructure, management of records, budget finance and socio-economic development according to the new administrative boundaries.
The Department of Home Affairs is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to provide a list of commune-level cadres, civil servants, and workers to the Department of Science and Technology before June 19.
The Department of Science and Technology will implement user configuration on the iGate and iDesk systems, to be completed before June 20. At the same time, organize training for new users using this system.
The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors and local People's Committees to urgently issue internal procedures and electronic procedures. There needs to be a plan to handle administrative procedures if the document number has not been signed by July 1.
The above tasks aim to ensure that by July 1, the local authorities at both levels will operate smoothly.
Previously, on June 12, the Provincial People's Committee also decided to establish a prompt response team of 16 members, headed by Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha.
The group is responsible for advising on the implementation of the Central's resolutions and conclusions on the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units.
The Dak Lak Provincial People's Council has approved the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units, reducing from 180 units to 68 units, reaching a rate of over 62%.
