To celebrate the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd, the 81st anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Police and the 21st anniversary of the All People's Day for National Security Protection, tonight (August 30th), the Ministry of Public Security and the Communist Review jointly organized the art political program "Independence Star" 2026 with the theme "Star of Independence - Aspiration for a Strong Vietnam" at Ho Guom Theater, Hanoi city.
Attending the program were Politburo members: Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Training Commission Trinh Van Quyet; General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security; Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung; Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Doan Minh Huan. Also attending were Party Central Committee Secretaries: Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra; Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Quang.
Organized annually since 2016, "Sao Doc Lap" has become a political and artistic program rich in imprints, welcomed by a large number of veteran revolutionaries, intellectuals, cadres, party members, soldiers and people from all walks of life every autumn and autumn.
Independence Star" in 2026 is one of the cultural and artistic events commemorating the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd, the 81st anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Police and the 21st anniversary of the All People's Day for National Security Protection.
The program praised the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam, the great President Ho Chi Minh; honored the strength of the people, the great national unity bloc and the noble contributions and sacrifices of the people's armed forces; affirmed the great and historically significant achievements of the renovation, construction and defense of the Fatherland.
The theme "Star of Independence - Aspiration for a Strong Vietnam" is a connection between the sacred and immortal values of independence and freedom and the aspiration for prosperous, civilized, and happy development of the Vietnamese nation in the new era.
Independent Star" just recreates the 81-year journey since Independence Autumn, honoring the great sacrifices and contributions of generations of fathers and brothers who are both symbols of revolutionary ideals, faith and righteousness, and a guideline nurtured from history, passed down through generations and are converging into the will, bravery, and intelligence of Vietnam on the journey of building the future.
The program consists of 3 chapters. Chapter 1: Revolutionary Autumn - Radiant golden history; Chapter 2: Shining political energy - Elevating the country; Chapter 3: Pioneering bravery - Strong aspiration.
Art performances combine singing, dancing, music, narration with sound, lighting systems and modern performance technologies such as lasers, 3D LEDs..., creating an emotional art space with ideological depth and contemporary appeal.
With political depth, elaborate investment and rich emotional artistic language, "Sao Doc Lap" 2026 brought the audience heroic, emotional and lingering moments.
Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee presented meaningful gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, relatives of martyrs, wounded soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
