At the Conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Director of the Department of Party and Political Work - thoroughly grasped the Central Public Security Party Committee's guidelines on ideological work and propaganda in implementing the policy of continuing to streamline the apparatus and operate effectively and efficiently.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee requested to identify the continued streamlining of the Ministry of Public Security and local Public Security apparatus as a particularly important political task assigned by the Party and State to the Ministry of Public Security.
This is an organizational revolution to make the People's Public Security Force (PPP) truly streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new era of national development.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan requested that Party committees and organizations at all levels, especially Party cells in the People's Public Security, need to organize the dissemination and full and timely dissemination of policies, viewpoints, tasks and solutions on continuing to reorganize the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security apparatus;

Focus on grasping, assessing and forecasting the situation related to the process of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system; promptly detect, combat and prevent activities that take advantage of policies to distort, defame and discredit the Party, the State and the People's Public Security Forces.
Practically and effectively organize activities to celebrate major holidays and important political events of the country and the People's Public Security Forces in 2025. Focus on discovering, promptly praising and replicating advanced models, good people and good deeds.
