On February 7, Nha Trang City authorities requested Mr. Ho Van Tam - owner of Aroma Beach restaurant, which was recently accused by Chinese tourists of selling food at unusually high prices - to stop providing food services; and only resume operations until receiving approval from competent authorities.
Previously, on the evening of February 6, a working delegation of the Nha Trang City People's Committee worked with Mr. Ho Van Tam, but he was only able to present the business registration certificate of Dai Phat Tam Nha Trang Company Limited (address at 38 Nguyen Thien Thuat, Nha Trang) of which he is the director.

In particular, grilled eggplant with scallion oil costs 1,890,000 VND/portion; stir-fried water spinach with garlic costs 500,000 VND per plate, totaling 1 million VND for both plates; beef/chicken pho for a bowl of 325,000 VND; white rice costs 250,000 VND per portion, totaling 500,000 VND; two cans of Coca-Cola cost 200,000 VND and Tiger beer also costs 100,000 VND/can”...
