On June 24, the People's Committee of An Giang province held a conference to announce the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on reorganizing the Provincial Inspectorate and the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on adjusting the staffing of civil servants in 2025 for the Provincial Inspectorate. Mr. Ho Van Mung - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference.
According to Resolution 204/NQ-HDND of the An Giang Provincial People's Council, the An Giang Provincial Inspectorate receives inspectors under the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities and inspectors of departments under specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee. After that, the People's Committee of An Giang province issued Decision 1037/QD-UBND to adjust the staffing of civil servants in 2025 in agencies under the management of the Provincial People's Committee to implement the arrangement of the system of the An Giang Provincial Inspectorate.
On that basis, 57 civil servant positions were adjusted down for 10 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and 8 People's Committees of districts, towns and cities. At the same time, increase the number of civil servants for the An Giang Provincial Inspectorate by 57 positions. Thus, after adjustment, the An Giang Provincial Inspectorate has 101 positions.
