The Resolution takes effect from the date of approval (June 16, 2025). The National Assembly Standing Committee assigned competent agencies to urgently carry out necessary preparations to ensure that local authorities in commune-level administrative units formed after the reorganization of operations from July 1, 2025.
Local authorities in commune-level administrative units before the reorganization will continue to operate until the local government in commune-level administrative units is formed after the reorganization and officially operates.
