On February 15, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs' Electronic Information Portal, the Steering Committee for the arrangement of the apparatus when transferring a number of units under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to the Ministry of Home Affairs (Steering Committee) held a meeting to summarize the preliminary results of the initial arrangement and organization of the apparatus.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan - Member of the Personnel Committee, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ministry of Home Affairs, member of the Steering Committee - reported the initial results of the synthesis of early retirement wishes.
"There have been over 60 people who have written voluntary applications for early retirement. Among them, there are people who are Department heads with more than 4 years of service (born in 1967)" - Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan said.

At the meeting, members of the Steering Committee contributed opinions on a number of contents related to the arrangement of the apparatus when transferring a number of units under and directly under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to the Ministry of Home Affairs such as: Organization level of the Ministry of Home Affairs; Regulations on assessment of civil servants, public employees and workers in performing public duties; arrangement of the apparatus of the Party Committee;
Plan to arrange headquarters and workplaces for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of units subject to arrangement; Finance, assets, etc.
Concluding the meeting, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vu Chien Thang - Head of the Steering Committee - praised and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, exemplary spirit, sharing work with the organization in the context of arranging and assigning staff and creating conditions and opportunities to arrange young staff and staff under the planning area to effectively use high-quality human resources.
Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang emphasized the principles of urgency, determination, strictness, fairness, objectivity, and transparency that are thoroughly understood to each member of the Steering Committee, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, especially units subject to arrangement.
At the same time, Mr. Vu Chien Thang requested that these units continue to closely follow the direction of the Central Steering Committee, the Government and legal regulations to implement and avoid missing tasks.
In the process of reorganizing, the organizational apparatus needs to create an atmosphere of solidarity, excitement, joy, enthusiasm, energy, propaganda, and ideology for Party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to motivate them to work together towards a common task of the Ministry and the unit.
"The arrangement of locations and workplaces must be calculated appropriately and there must be specific instructions for units to implement smoothly and synchronously" - Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang emphasized.
The advisory departments must advise the Steering Committee to provide specific instructions for units subject to arrangement and consolidation to be ready to implement tasks immediately after the Government issues a Decree stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies.
