Concluding the meeting, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vu Chien Thang - Head of the Steering Committee - praised and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, exemplary spirit, sharing work with the organization in the context of arranging and assigning staff and creating conditions and opportunities to arrange young staff and staff under the planning area to effectively use high-quality human resources.

Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang emphasized the principles of urgency, determination, strictness, fairness, objectivity, and transparency that are thoroughly understood to each member of the Steering Committee, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, especially units subject to arrangement.

At the same time, Mr. Vu Chien Thang requested that these units continue to closely follow the direction of the Central Steering Committee, the Government and legal regulations to implement and avoid missing tasks.

In the process of reorganizing, the organizational apparatus needs to create an atmosphere of solidarity, excitement, joy, enthusiasm, energy, propaganda, and ideology for Party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to motivate them to work together towards a common task of the Ministry and the unit.

"The arrangement of locations and workplaces must be calculated appropriately and there must be specific instructions for units to implement smoothly and synchronously" - Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang emphasized.

The advisory departments must advise the Steering Committee to provide specific instructions for units subject to arrangement and consolidation to be ready to implement tasks immediately after the Government issues a Decree stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies.
