To ensure the progress of construction and submission of the provincial project file under the direction of the Central Government, the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Ninh Province consulted with the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee on the implementation progress.

In particular, districts, towns and cities in the province must list voters before April 6, 2025; Develop a Project to reorganize commune-level administrative units of the locality, send to the Department of Home Affairs for synthesis before April 12, 2025; Organize to collect voters' opinions before April 19, 2025; approve the People's Councils at district and commune levels before April 21, 2025; complete the dossier and send it to the Department of Home Affairs before April 22, 2025.

Relevant agencies and units ( Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Department of Home Affairs, departments) according to their assigned functions and tasks, develop relevant content and send it to the Department of Home Affairs for synthesis before April 15, 2025; closely coordinate with localities in the process of developing the Project.

Department of Home Affairs shall assume the prime responsibility for summarizing and developing the overall project of the province; Report to the provincial Steering Committee before April 25, 2025, submitted to the Provincial Party Executive Committee before April 27, 2025, submitted to the Provincial People's Council for approval before April 28, 2025; Acquire completing the project dossier, advising the Provincial People's Committee to the Ministry of Home Affairs for appraisal before 1.5.2025.
