On February 25, in Hanoi, the Politburo's Inspection Team No. 1920 and the Secretariat held a conference to announce the decision and inspection plan for 2025 for the Fatherland Front Party Committee (FFC) and Central organizations.
The conference was chaired by Mr. Le Minh Hung - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee, Head of the Inspection Team; Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central Trade Unions, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
At the conference, the Inspection Team announced the decision, plan, and inspection program of the Politburo with the following contents:
The implementation of the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Executive Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion 121-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18-NQ/TW, associated with the establishment and operation of new party committees.
The organization of the implementation of Directive No. 35,CT/TW of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW adjust and supplement a number of contents of Directive 35.
The dissemination of the implementation and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
Implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee on the supplementary project on socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Minh Hung - Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Head of the Inspection Team - emphasized the following tasks: the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central organizations in coordination with the Central Organizing Committee, the Government Party Committee, the National Assembly Party Committee and Party Committees of socio-political organizations and mass organizations at the Central level assigned by the Party and State:
Lead and direct a general review of the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of affiliated agencies and organizations, especially press agencies, to ensure unified management and operational efficiency in the direction of maximum streamlining, only maintaining units that are really necessary, and report to the Politburo in the second quarter of 2025.
Study the orientation to continue rearranging socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State to be under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (in sync with the current party organization structure) and propose a policy to amend and supplement relevant legal regulations and regulations of the Party, report to the Politburo in the third quarter of 2025.
"Along with the project to reorganize and streamline the organizational apparatus, it is necessary to propose amendments to legal documents, including some very important legal documents, such as the Constitution and related documents," Mr. Le Minh Hung emphasized.
The Head of the Central Organizing Committee raised the question, according to Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW, what is the apparatus of local government at the provincial and district levels, along with how are socio-political organizations from the central to local levels rearranged? How are the upcoming party organizations arranged? This is an issue that needs to be studied quickly to be reported to the Central Government.
According to Mr. Le Minh Hung, this is a huge task and the reorganization of the apparatus in recent times has inherited the results achieved in many terms, especially the 7 years of implementing Resolution 18-NQ/TW.
Mr. Le Minh Hung emphasized that we have a practical basis, legal basis, and scientific basis to continue implementing the contents of the organization and apparatus arrangement carefully and cautiously with new methods and methods, with stronger breakthroughs and creating consensus from the Central to local levels.
