On June 30, Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa sent a letter of encouragement to 56 Chairmen of Commune and Ward People's Committees on the occasion of the two-level local government model (provincial - commune) officially operating from July 1.
In the letter, he emphasized that this is a special moment, marking an important turning point in the province's administrative reform, towards a streamlined, modern apparatus, serving the people more effectively. The merger and reorganization of administrative units is not only an organizational change but also a change in thinking, improving the capacity, service spirit and responsibility of the commune-level cadres.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province requested commune cadres to act decisively, closely following the people, solving the work quickly, clearly, transparently, not letting people wait or encounter difficulties. Grassroots authorities must take people's satisfaction as a measure of efficiency and become a place to accompany businesses, facilitating socio-economic development.
Chairman Le Hai Hoa expressed his confidence and hope that the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards will promote their role and sense of responsibility to contribute to building a more prosperous, developed and closer to the people of Cao Bang.
