According to the decision, Colonel Pham Thanh Tung (born in 1977), Deputy Director of Vinh Long Provincial Police, was transferred to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police.
Attending and directing the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Hong Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee. Also attending were Major General Vu Nhu Ha - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police; Colonel Phan Ngoc Tinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Vinh Long Provincial Police, along with leaders of departments, agencies, branches and professional units under the Police of the 2 provinces.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Central Public Security Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Major General Vu Nhu Ha presented the transfer decision and flowers to congratulate Colonel Pham Thanh Tung.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh congratulated Colonel Pham Thanh Tung on being trusted by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security with a new responsibility; at the same time, expressed his belief that he will quickly grasp the situation in the area, promote his capacity and work experience, and work with the collective of the Provincial Police Department to unite and unify, effectively advising the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee in ensuring national security and maintaining social order and safety in the area.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Colonel Pham Thanh Tung expressed his honor to be trusted by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to assign new tasks. The comrade affirmed that he would seriously absorb the directing opinions, uphold the spirit of responsibility, promote bravery and intelligence, and together with the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police build a clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern Tay Ninh Police force, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
