The Government Office issued Notice No. 530/TB-VPCP dated October 3, 2025, concluding the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh at the working session with the leaders of Tay Ninh province.
To continue to remove difficulties and obstacles, promote production and business, disburse public investment capital, implement national target programs, and achieve the set growth target for 2025, the Deputy Prime Minister requested Tay Ninh province to continue to resolutely, synchronously and effectively implement the tasks and solutions set out in all fields.
In particular, the province needs to drastically implement important strategic Resolutions of the Politburo such as Resolutions No. 57, 59, 66, 68, 70, 71, 72. Promote administrative procedure reform, facilitate businesses, remove difficulties and obstacles, and promote institutional breakthroughs.
Continue to promote economic restructuring, develop high-tech industry, processing and manufacturing, green industry, supporting industry, energy; high-value, efficient and sustainable agriculture.
At the same time, focus on operating local governments at both levels to ensure smoothness, efficiency, uninterruptedness, and no impact on the operations of agencies, people, and businesses.
The government must be close to the people, close to the people, and change the mindset from administrative management to service, creating development. Continue to perfect the missing job positions and personnel; build a strong team of grassroots cadres.
The Deputy Prime Minister also requested Tay Ninh to promote public-private cooperation, attract investment resources to develop synchronous and modern infrastructure, connect regions, effectively exploit potential strengths, create new space and resources for development.
Focus resources on developing social infrastructure, healthcare, education, and training high-quality human resources. Speed up the disbursement of 100% of public investment capital, especially key and strategic projects.
Urgently research and organize the adjustment of the Tay Ninh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 in the context of a new development space (after the merger) to ensure compliance with the new situation. Innovating the growth model towards a green economy, digital economy, and circular economy.
Develop border gate economic zones, attract investment, promote production, business, logistics services, and border trade in conjunction with ensuring security and defense. Selectively attract foreign investment projects, closely linked with domestic enterprises.
Tay Ninh preserves and promotes the value of cultural and historical heritage, strengthens connections between tourist areas in the province and neighboring provinces, major tourist centers across the country to form an attractive tourism chain on the basis of effectively exploiting historical, traditional, cultural and ecological factors and relics and having unique tourism products.
Focus on environmental protection, pollution prevention, effective response to natural disasters and climate change.
