On May 16, Ha Giang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
At the ceremony, under the authorization of the Minister of Public Security, the leader of the Department of Organization and Personnel Police of Ha Giang Province announced the decision on the reception of officials against Mr. Luc The Hung - Secretary of Bac Quang District Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Police Department of Ha Giang Province and Phong Ham Colonel.

Also in the week, on May 16, Tay Ninh Provincial Police held a Conference to announce the President's Decision on promoting the rank of Colonel to Major General for Mr. Nguyen Van Trai - Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Van Trai expressed his honor and pride when the Party and the State trusted and handed the decision to promote his rank. Major General Nguyen Van Trai emphasized that at present, Tay Ninh province and the whole country are in the period of implementing the Party's guidelines on organizing the organizational structure and merging provincial and commune administrative units.
