    Thanh Hoa - New regulations limit the number of deputy directors to no more than 42 cadres in 14 departments and agencies under the Provincial People's Committee.

    On August 4, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province announced that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2626/QD-UBND on regulating the number of deputy heads of departments and agencies across departments under the Provincial People's Committee.

    According to the decision, the total number of deputy heads at 14 departments and agencies across departments must not exceed 42 cadres. This is the basis for units to implement planning work, appoint leaders and managers in accordance with legal regulations and the policy of streamlining the administrative apparatus.

    This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces the previous Decision No. 3220/QD-UBND dated September 12, 2023 of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
