According to the Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, inspection and supervision are the main and important leadership methods to maintain discipline and ruling order of the Party; it is a regular and continuous task of the entire Party, of each Party Committee and Inspection Committee at all levels, and directly, first of all, the head of the Party Committee. This is the work of the Party Committee, the head of the Party Committee, not the private affairs of the Inspection Committees at all levels.
Party committees at all levels must develop plans for full-term and annual inspection and supervision, ensuring that the resolutions of the Congress, the Central Committee, and their Party committees are supervised and inspected right from the start of implementation.
Inspection and supervision work must be carried out proactively, promptly, comprehensively, synchronously, publicly, democratically, objectively, impartially, cautiously, tightly, accurately, and strictly. It is necessary to raise the level of the supervisory mechanism in the Party, linking inspection and supervision work with other methods of power control.
For a long time, we have done a very good job of inspection, especially inspecting signs of violations. However, the supervision work is not really good," the Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee pointed out and requested a new awareness, raising the level of inspection and supervision to serve the organization of the implementation of the Party's resolutions and policies.
Implement synchronously between inspection and supervision according to the motto that supervision must be expanded, inspection must be focused and key. Shift the focus to regular supervision to proactively prevent early and remotely, prevent violations from the beginning, and prevent small violations from accumulating into large violations.
Comprehensively and effectively implement the tasks according to the Party Charter and the tasks assigned by the Party Committee, not to let there be "gaps", "dark areas" that the Party's inspection and supervision work cannot reach.
Close, synchronous, and smooth coordination between the Party's inspection and supervision agencies and the inspection, auditing, investigation, prosecution, adjudication and social supervision agencies.
Inspecting 40 directly affiliated Party organizations
The Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee emphasized that in the coming time, Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Committees at all levels need to build effective monitoring mechanisms, capable of early warning and preventing violations from early, remote, and from the grassroots level; not to let limitations and shortcomings accumulate into large and serious violations.
Deploy supervision of the resolution of hot issues that public opinion is concerned about; major, important issues, and complex contents that the entire political system needs to focus on removing. Party committees and inspection committees at all levels urgently develop and promulgate programs and plans for inspection and supervision for the entire term in 2026.
At the Central level, immediately after the 14th Party Congress ended, the Politburo and the Secretariat directed the Central Inspection Committee to focus on advising and submitting to the Politburo and the Secretariat to promulgate the inspection and supervision program of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the 14th term and 2026.
In March 2026, 22 inspection and supervision teams will be established, directly headed by 22 members of the Politburo and Secretariat. 22 teams will inspect all 40 directly affiliated Party organizations.
Regarding progress, this is the first time to decide very quickly on the content, composition of the delegation and stability throughout the term to monitor the entire work of implementing the resolution in localities and directly affiliated Party organizations.
Party secretaries must directly lead, direct and organize the implementation of inspection and supervision work, especially supervision work at their Party committees and localities.
The Central Inspection Committee has developed a work program for the central inspection agency, an action program for the entire sector to inspect the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, and actively implemented a plan to regularly supervise the leadership and direction of the Party's key resolutions on national economic development.
