The sixth session of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council, term XV, has just passed Resolution No. 39/NQ-HDND on the establishment of the Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs.
Accordingly, the promulgation of this Resolution is based on the Law on Organization of Local Government dated June 16, 2025 and Decree No. 150/2025/ND-CP of the Government regulating the organization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee.
Assign the Provincial People's Committee to organize the implementation of the Resolution on the establishment of the Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs. The Standing Committee of the People's Council, the Committees of the People's Council, the People's Council Delegation Groups and the Provincial People's Council delegates supervise the implementation of the Resolution.
The establishment of the Department of Foreign Affairs is a strategic step to perfect the entire administrative apparatus, improve the effectiveness of foreign affairs, international integration and socio-economic development of Ninh Binh province.
The Resolution on the establishment of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ninh Binh province takes effect from December 9, 2025.
