When inspecting, it is necessary to pay attention to building a report of results, advising the Government Inspectorate leaders to draft conclusions, and only concluding on the contents discovered by the inspection team.

On December 13, information from the Government Inspectorate said that in the annual work summary meeting of the Department of Inspection, Settlement of Economic Complaints and Denunciations (Department I), Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Sy Bay gave some important instructions.

In 2024, Department I will continue to develop and complete the draft Inspection Conclusions from previous years; deploy the Inspection Team under the direction of the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity, and prepare to deploy the Inspection Team according to the 2024 Inspection Plan assigned by the Government Inspector General.

In which, the Chief Inspector of the Government signed and issued the Inspection Conclusion on the restructuring of state-owned enterprises; Inspection Conclusion on the conversion of land use purposes from production and business to land business and housing construction in the period 2011-2019 of state-owned enterprises and equitized enterprises;

Inspection conclusion on the performance of public duties by cadres, civil servants and public employees in handling administrative procedures and providing public services to people and businesses at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Transport and the People's Committee of Dong Nai province;

Inspection conclusion on inspection of state management of irrigation, dykes and natural disaster prevention and control at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Currently, the Department is deploying a specialized inspection team on the management of exploitation, processing and trading of rare earth, tungsten and bauxite ore under the direction of the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity.

At the summary meeting, Deputy Inspector General Le Sy Bay acknowledged and commended the work results of Department I in 2024. The Deputy Inspector General said that although there were many difficulties, there were changes in personnel and reassignment of monitoring areas, Department I strived to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

In the inspection work, Deputy Inspector General Le Sy Bay requested that the Department needs to speed up the remaining inspections, complete them on schedule, and overcome the situation of slow issuance of inspection conclusions.

Before developing an inspection plan, it is necessary to focus on collecting information and documents and grasping the situation; when developing a plan, it must be accurate, specific, and have correct content, objects, and scope of inspection;

When inspecting, it is necessary to pay attention to the construction of the results report, advise the Government Inspectorate leaders to draft conclusions, only conclude on the contents discovered by the inspection team, avoid taking from the report; conclude on contents worthy of the Government Inspectorate, do not go into trivial contents, the conclusion must have a full legal basis.
