On July 1, the Provincial Inspectorate held a conference to announce decisions on personnel organization.
At the conference, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Cao Bang province announced Decision No. 842/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee on terminating the operation of inspection agencies in 10 districts, cities and 12 departments and branches. Accordingly, the functions and tasks of inspection at these units will be transferred to the Provincial Inspectorate from July 1.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province also issued Decision No. 844/QD-UBND on assigning 55 additional civil servant positions to the Provincial Inspectorate to meet the requirements for performing the assigned tasks in Project No. 1610/DA-UBND dated June 2. This is a project to rearrange the inspection agency system in the direction of streamlining, efficiency and professional operation.
Also at the conference, Chief Inspector of the province Nguyen Thi Anh Hong presented decisions on transfer, acceptance and appointment of 7 department heads and 14 deputy department heads under the Provincial Inspectorate.
Speaking at the assignment, Chief Inspector of the province Nguyen Thi Anh Hong affirmed that receiving the team of civil servants from inspection agencies at district, department and branch levels is an important step to implement the policy of reforming the administrative apparatus, contributing to improving the quality of inspection work, handling complaints and denunciations and preventing and combating corruption and waste.
The Chief Inspector of the province emphasized the goal of building the Provincial Inspectorate into a professional, disciplined, united, and effective and efficient agency - in line with the spirit of the project to reform the organization of the provincial inspection apparatus.
