Thereby, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police have discovered and combated a large-scale organized criminal ring, producing and trading prohibited goods, with sophisticated methods and tricks.
Thanh Hoa Provincial Police arrested and prosecuted 16 subjects, seized 3 systems of machinery, production lines, N2O gas extraction, 180 tons of raw materials, 7.3 tons of N20 gas components and many other evidences.
The above feat is excellent, showing a high sense of responsibility, sharpness in terms of persistence and perseverance, fighting with the crime of the police of Thanh Hoa province, directly the Police Department investigating drug crimes in the direction of the Central Police Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security's leaders on the struggle with organized crimes, production crimes, banned goods.
That achievement has contributed to preventing the supply of banned substances that affect people's health, while deterring, preventing crimes, and strengthening people's trust in the People's Public Security force.
On behalf of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
