On the side of Lao Cai province, there were Lao Cai Provincial Party Secretary Duong Quoc Huy; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Giang Thi Dung - Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and representatives of departments, agencies, and branches of the province.

At the Central Martyrs' Cemetery of Lao Cai province, the delegation offered incense and laid wreaths bearing the words "Forever grateful to heroic martyrs", respectfully commemorating the outstanding children of the nation who bravely sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the People.
In the resistance wars and the cause of national defense, millions of outstanding children of the nation dedicated their youth and lives to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. Among them, many children of Lao Cai homeland bravely fought and sacrificed on all battlefields, contributing to the glorious victories of the nation.


In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung and delegates respectfully offered incense, observed a minute of silence, and expressed their deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the heroic martyrs for the cause of national liberation, national reunification and national defense.
Before the spirits of the heroic martyrs, the Prime Minister and the delegation vowed to follow in the footsteps of previous generations, promote revolutionary traditions, solidarity, self-reliance, and determination to successfully complete the goals of national development, building Vietnam to become increasingly rich, strong, civilized, prosperous and happy.

The Party and State affirm that they will continue to pay attention to effectively implementing policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution; promote the tradition of "Drinking water, remembering the source", "Gratitude", contributing to fostering revolutionary ideals, and arousing the aspiration to contribute in today's and future generations.
