In the working program in Dien Bien province, towards the 72nd anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2026), on the morning of March 8, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, heroes and martyrs at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House (E2 Hill Relic), Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs Temple and A1 Martyrs' Cemetery.
At the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House (E2 Hill Relic), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the working delegation respectfully offered incense to commemorate and expressed their boundless gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the Prime Minister and the delegation vowed to forever study and follow his noble ideology, ethics, and style.

Following that, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the working delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate heroes and martyrs at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Temple and Martyrs' Cemetery A1.
The Martyrs' Temple at Doi F relic (component relic of the Special National Relic of the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield) is located next to Doi A1. The project was inaugurated in May 2022, on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.
A1 Martyrs' Cemetery is located about 100m from the historical site of A1 hill, is the resting place of 644 soldiers who bravely fought and sacrificed in the historic Dien Bien Phu campaign in 1954.

Keeping a souvenir book at Martyrs' Cemetery A1, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh wrote: "Respectfully bow before the spirits and forever remember the heroic martyrs who sacrificed themselves for the cause of national liberation, national defense and building a socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
