On the morning of July 27, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Central working delegation visited and offered incense and flowers at the Temple of Uncle Ho and the Heroes and Martyrs of Quang Tri province.
Attending the incense offering ceremony were members of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra; on the side of Quang Tri province, there was Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang and leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and departments, branches and sectors.
At the Temple of Uncle Ho and the Heroes and Martyrs, the Prime Minister and delegates rang the bell and offered incense, expressing their deep gratitude to Uncle Ho and expressing gratitude to the heroic martyrs who died for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
Immediately afterwards, the Prime Minister offered flowers and incense at the Truong Son Martyrs Memorial Temple at Long Dai ferry terminal and the Stele House commemorating the 16 young volunteers who sacrificed at the ferry terminal during the resistance war against the US.
In front of the spirit of Uncle Ho and the heroic martyrs, the Prime Minister and the working delegation expressed their deep gratitude and wished to make every effort to serve the country, continue the revolutionary tradition, and build the homeland to develop more and more, worthy of the sacrifice of previous generations.
