Discussing the Vietnam - Singapore relationship, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested that the two sides promote economic cooperation, expand Singapore's investment in Vietnam, especially in the fields of high technology, renewable energy, smart infrastructure and sustainable urban development; strengthen cooperation in the fields of wind power export, carbon credit exchange, financial innovation, seaport development and preventing and combating transnational crimes.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh welcomed the young delegation of PAP leaders to visit Vietnam to share practical experiences in party building, state management and connection with the masses.
The two Prime Ministers agreed to discuss bilateral cooperation and other issues specifically on the occasion of the upcoming ASEAN Summit in Malaysia.
