Private enterprises need to mature and grow strongly
This was affirmed by Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the High-level Dialogue Session within the framework of the Vietnam Private Economy Forum 2025 (VPSF 2025) held on the afternoon of September 16.
Speaking at the Forum, the Prime Minister said that in the Forum's dialogue, the business community raised many concerns and concerns that were very sincere, frank and constructive.
"The Party, State and Government always respect, listen, understand and will act with businesses" - the Prime Minister emphasized.
The Prime Minister hopes that private enterprises will strictly comply with the policies, guidelines and policies of the Party and State, demonstrating business ethics and social responsibility. Accompany the Party, State and people, steadfastly follow the path of national independence associated with socialism.
The enterprise inspires and spreads the spirit of great national unity, domestic and international solidarity, in the business community. In particular, promoting the strength of entrepreneurs to contribute to creating national strength. Harmoniously and effectively combining national strength with the strength of the times, between the State and the people, between domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises.
"Enterprises must innovate their thinking, act decisively for the interests of the nation, people and their own businesses; develop quickly but must be sustainable, look far - think deeply - do great things" - the Prime Minister hopes.
The Prime Minister presented the 8-word Forum: "Pride - patriotism - Intelligence - Humanity - ethics - Integration - Development - Breakthrough".
" Private enterprises need to increasingly mature, grow stronger and sustainably, accompanying the nation to enter a new era: rich, civilized, prosperous, happy, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers as Uncle Ho always wished" - the Prime Minister emphasized.

Do not let businesses struggle alone
To achieve that goal, the Prime Minister requested to focus on a number of major tasks. In particular, effectively implementing the Party's resolutions, especially the 13th National Congress, and 4 newly issued pillar Resolutions on: energy security, education and training, health, cultural development, science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and private economic development as the most important driving force of the national economy.
Flexibly adapt to the world situation, diversify markets, products, supply chains, and increase the added value of Vietnamese goods. Renovate traditional growth drivers (export, consumption, investment) while promoting new growth drivers: green economy, circular economy, digital economy, creative economy.
Pioneering in innovation, digital transformation, technology application, participating in the 4.0 industrial revolution. Contributing to building an independent and self-reliant economy in parallel with extensive, substantial and effective international integration. Always calm, brave, not confused when in difficulty, not subjective when in luck.
Enterprises' concerns about institutions, infrastructure, capital, human resources, administrative procedures, etc. The Party and State all know, share and accompany, not let businesses operate alone. Resources originate from thinking and vision. The motivation comes from creativity and innovation. Power comes from people and businesses. We need to mobilize all the strength of the people and businesses to create the future" - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed.
The Prime Minister believes that with the spirit of patriotism, intelligence, humanity, ethics, integration, development and breakthrough, the Vietnamese private business community will grow strongly and firmly accompany the nation to enter a new era: strong - civilized - prosperous - happy - on the shoulder of the world powers.
