At the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Van Thuan - Director of Can Tho City Police - authorized by the Minister of Public Security, presented the decision to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Ha Bao Huy (born in 1982, in Ca Mau city, Ca Mau province), Head of the Department of Investigation Police on corruption, economic crimes, smuggling and environment to hold the position of Deputy Director of Can Tho City Police.
At the same time, the Minister of Public Security also decided to publicly and temporarily second Lieutenant Colonel Ha Bao Huy - Deputy Director of Can Tho City Police - to work at the Internal Affairs Committee of Can Tho City Party Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee Pham Van Hieu congratulated Senior Lieutenant Colonel Ha Bao Huy and emphasized that this was the trust of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Can Tho City Party Committee, and City Police Party Committee in his capacity and qualities.
