Ending the activities of the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and Provincial Business Committee; establishing the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, People's Councils, and Judiciary; establishing the Provincial Government Party Committee.
For agencies and units under the Party bloc, merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department. The name of the Department after the merger will be consistent with the Central's regulations.
Merge the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of the district-level Party Committee. For the Provincial Political School, review and streamline the affiliated organizations to ensure streamlined and effective operations.
Research on merging Quang Binh Newspaper with the Provincial Radio and Television Station into the Provincial Media Center; transfer the functions and tasks of the Electronic Information Portal from the Official Gazette Center under the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Provincial Party Committee Electronic Information Portal under the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Electronic Information Page of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council under the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to the Provincial Media Center; implement at an appropriate time.
