According to the program, this morning (January 23), the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Party held the first Conference.
According to the procedures of the Congresses, after electing the Central Executive Committee, at the first Conference of the Central Executive Committee, personnel work will continue, including electing the Politburo, General Secretary, Secretariat, Central Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee.
In the afternoon, the Congress held a closing session.
