On February 23, on the occasion of the beginning of the Binh Ngo New Year 2026, in Hanoi, the Party Central Committee Office organized a meeting "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating Spring", wishing Tet to cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies.
General Secretary To Lam attended the meeting; also attending were Politburo members: Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Pham Gia Tuc; all cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Party Central Committee Office.
The meeting was held online at 3 locations: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
In the joyful and warm atmosphere of the early days of the new Spring, speaking at the meeting, General Secretary To Lam clearly stated that the country had just closed a year with many important events, a large volume of work, many new and difficult tasks, and some unprecedented tasks; and officially entered the stage of strongly implementing the major policies set out by the 14th Party Congress.
With a high sense of responsibility, right during the recent Lunar New Year, many officials, civil servants, public employees, and laborers of the Central Party Office still directly participated in serving important activities, including the working trip of Party and State leaders in the US, making an important contribution to the success of the trip, thereby continuing to affirm the role, position and quality of the Central Party Office's advisory and service work in high-level domestic and foreign affairs activities.
The General Secretary noted that 2026 is the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, opening the 2026-2030 development period with very high requirements and goals, each cadre, civil servant, public employee, and worker immediately start working, quickly return to the normal working pace, not to be slow or interrupted; ensuring continuity and smoothness in work.
The General Secretary requested that each cadre, civil servant, public employee, and worker of the Party Central Committee Office must always think about what to contribute to completing the targets and Resolutions of the 14th Party Congress, and at the same time always determine the working mindset to contribute to the successful implementation of the tasks and goals of 100 years of the Party leading the Vietnamese revolution.
Each cadre, civil servant, public employee, and employee of the Central Party Office needs to continue to cultivate political bravery, moral qualities, and improve professional capacity; work with the highest sense of responsibility, continue to excellently complete assigned tasks, and be worthy of being a team of advisory and reliable service cadres of the Central Party in the new period.
Accepting the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the meeting, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office - expressed that in the context of increasingly heavy tasks and increasingly high requirements, comprehensive advisory and service work must be truly professional, timely, accurate, and effective.
Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Pham Gia Tuc affirmed that, with the tradition of "Absolute loyalty - solidarity, creativity - dedication, thoughtfulness - maintaining principles", entering the new year, with a new spirit, new determination, all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and laborers of the Party Central Committee Office will uphold the spirit of responsibility, exemplary, solidarity, strive, determined to overcome difficulties and challenges, excellently complete assigned tasks, creating a premise for the following years, truly worthy of being a strategic, important, confidential advisory body and the trust and expectation of the Party Central Committee; contributing to the entire Party, army, and people to successfully implement the 2 strategic goals of 100 years of establishing the Communist Party of Vietnam (1930-2030) and 100 years of establishing the country (1945-2045), bringing our country to soon become a developed country with high incomes as set out by the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
