On the morning of May 25, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary, President To Lam, Head of the Central Steering Committee for Science, Technology Development, Innovation and Digital Transformation, chaired the working session of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee to give guidelines on basic scientific research work.
