To create more momentum for bilateral relations, traditional areas of cooperation such as culture, education, health, sports and science need to be closely linked with new development drivers such as digital technology, innovation and high-quality human resource training in key industries.
The two countries need to strongly promote the potential of the team of Vietnamese intellectuals and experts in France, creating conditions for this resource to directly contribute to the country's strategic breakthroughs; effectively promoting social and humane foundations will contribute to bringing the Vietnam-France Comprehensive Strategic Partnership relationship into increasing depth, substance, sustainability and being continued through generations.
