Together with the working delegation, General Secretary To Lam visited the exhibition at the relic House No. 48 Hang Ngang and wrote a souvenir book.

Located in the old quarter, House No. 48 Hang Ngang (Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi) is the birthplace of the Declaration of Independence giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam on September 2, 1945. The house has been ranked as a National Monument with many valuable relics.
The relics in the house are intact, a place for people to visit and feel the boiling atmosphere of the Independence Day.

In a small corner of the house, President Ho Chi Minh drafted the "Independence Declaration" giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam) on September 2, 1945 .

Inside the relic, many artifacts such as kaki clothes, cloud suitcases, photos, and objects of Uncle Ho and revolutionary veterans are displayed. The second floor - where Uncle Ho and the Central Standing Committee work - is kept intact with existing artifacts, in which there is a long rectangular table with crow's wings in the middle, 8 benches placed on both sides, a large chair at the head, covered with a white towel.
At this table, Uncle Ho and the Central Standing Committee approved 3 contents: Declaration of Independence, organization of National Day celebrations, and composition of the Provisional Government. Another room on the 2nd floor was where Uncle Ho drafted the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.

The room also has a small cabinet and a bed. According to some documents, when he finished writing, Uncle Ho held a meeting to approve the Declaration of Independence. He said: "This is the happiest moment of my life. I have written a lot, but writing the Declaration of Independence is the time when my heart is happiest....

President Ho Chi Minh - a genius leader, the founder, leader and teacher of our Party, the Hero of National Liberation, led the Vietnamese revolution from one victory to another. He has gone far, but his background, career, ideology, morality and style are still shining, giving the way for the Vietnamese people to firmly enter the new era, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers.
