This morning (January 8), the conference to review the work of 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025 of the Government and local authorities was held in person and online.
Attending the conference were General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, and Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.
Also attending the conference at the Government Headquarters bridge were: Politburo members, Secretariat members, Party Central Committee members, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice President, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Minister, Heads of Party committees, Central agencies, Committees of the National Assembly, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, leaders of socio-political organizations and unions, Party Committees of Central agencies, Party Committees of Central Enterprises.
This conference is of great importance, focusing on assessing the situation and results achieved in various fields in 2024.
Under the leadership of the Party, headed by the General Secretary and the drastic participation of the entire political system, the business community and the people of the whole country, the socio-economic situation continues to recover positively, with each month being better than the previous month, and the growth of each quarter being higher than the previous quarter. It is expected to achieve and exceed all 15/15 main targets.
At the conference, delegates will also discuss and point out limitations, shortcomings, difficulties, challenges, causes and lessons learned.
On that basis, tasks and solutions are proposed to successfully implement the directions and tasks that have been concluded by the Central Committee and approved by the National Assembly in the Resolution, especially the 2025 socio-economic plan, focusing on key and breakthrough issues.
