This morning (December 19), in Hanoi, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee held a national conference to summarize the work of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026.
General Secretary To Lam attended and gave a speech directing the Conference.

Also attending were Politburo members: Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac; Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army - General Nguyen Trong Nghia; General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security.
Also attending the Conference was Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee Trinh Van Quyet.

Before the Conference, General Secretary To Lam and delegates visited the book exhibition space, photo exhibition and digital transformation achievements in journalism.
According to the program, the Conference listened to a summary report on the results of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization work in 2025, tasks in 2026; Report on the digital ecosystem in the Party's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization work. After that, the delegates will give presentations.


The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued Decision No. 4765 on recognizing the results of the assessment of the maturity level of digital transformation of the press in 2025.
According to the list attached to the decision, in the Central Newspaper Bloc, there are 10 press agencies that are rated as excellent, including: VnExpress Newspaper, Lao Dong Newspaper, Nhan Dan Newspaper, VTC News Electronic Newspaper, VietnamPlus Electronic Newspaper, People's Army Newspaper, Tien Phong Newspaper, Tinh and Dan toc Newspaper, Nhan Dan Newspaper and Xoi Thoa Newspaper.


In the local press sector, there are 10 agencies ranked as excellent, including: Nghe An Newspaper and Radio and Television; Ho Chi Minh City Women's Newspaper; Economic and Urban Newspaper; Tuoi Tre Newspaper; Lao Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television; Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television; Phu Tho Newspaper and Radio and Television; Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television; Lao Cai Newspaper and Radio and Television.

In the Central and local Magazine block, there is 1 excellent rating agency, the Information Security Magazine (Government Elements Committee); There are 2 scientific journals with excellent ratings on digital transformation, which are the Sports Training and Training Science Magazine; Ho Chi Minh City Open University Scientific Magazine.
In the radio and television sector, there are 10 agencies that are ranked excellent.
