The program is directed and organized by the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense, marking the public debut of the Army Symphony Orchestra - a newly established art force in the Vietnam People's Army.
This is a meaningful activity to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress, the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
Attending the program were General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission; Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man. Also attending the program were Politburo Members, Members of the Secretariat, Members of the Party Central Committee, leaders, former leaders of the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense.
Through academic and solemn symphony language, the program contributes to honoring the soft power of Vietnamese culture, connecting tradition with modernity, and spreading the image of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" in the new era.

The program gathers nearly 200 artists from inside and outside the army to participate in performances, adaptations and arrangements, with the participation of many prestigious musicians and artists.
With a duration of 80 minutes, including 3 chapters, built according to the policy-art flow, recreating the musical journey accompanying the nation in the struggles for independence, construction and defense of the Fatherland.
In Chapter I "Sunlight illuminating the road", works such as "Praising the Fatherland", "The person returning brings joyful days", "The Party is my life", "Uncle Ho lives forever with the Central Highlands", "Vietnam, oh spring has come" open up a solemn art space, spreading faith in the Party and Uncle Ho, affirming the sustainable spiritual values of the nation.

Chapter II "Star on the Hat - Flag Color in the Heart" focuses on depicting the image of soldiers through revolutionary war works such as "Steps on the Truong Son Strip", "That Soldier", "Border Afternoon", "Victory Monument", "Command from the Heart". Through this, the image of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" appears both heroic and resilient in combat, and humane and meaningful in life, becoming a spiritual support for the people in all circumstances.
In Chapter III "Sounds of the New Day", the program expands the musical space with domestic and international works such as "Our Fatherland Flying Flag", "Love of the Sea", movie soundtrack "Cinema Paradiso", symphony excerpt No. 9 "From the New World" and "Hello Vast Spring Vietnam".
This is a clear expression of the direction of the Army Symphony Orchestra in the new period: linking artistic creation with social responsibility, international integration but still preserving and promoting national identity.

The combination of a professional symphony orchestra and powerful voices such as Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, Dao To Loan, flute artist Le Thu Huong and choirs promises to bring a solemn, attractive and emotional art space.
Not only stopping at the performance value, "Sound under the sunlight" also clearly expresses the mission of a soldier - artist on the cultural front, contributing to spreading the values of truth - goodness - beauty, fostering the spiritual life of society, and at the same time arousing belief and aspiration to develop the country in the new era.
