The first Nghia Tru Commune Party Congress was solemnly held on July 13-14, 2025. This is an important political event, marking the beginning of the first term of the Commune Party Committee after the merger.
General Secretary To Lam attended and delivered an important speech, orienting the comprehensive development of the locality. Also attending the Congress were comrades: Le Hoai Trung - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; To An Xo - Assistant General Secretary; Vo Thanh Hung - Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office.
On the side of Hung Yen province, there were the participation of comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Van - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with representatives of many agencies, departments and branches.
Nghia Tru commune was established on the basis of merging three communes: Long Hung, Nghia Tru and Vinh Khuc. Currently, the Commune Party Committee has 1,541 Party members, operating in 47 Party cells.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Nghia Tru Commune Party Committee aims to continue building a clean and strong Party organization and political system; promote the strength of great national unity; promote digital transformation, develop urban areas, trade, services, tourism and industry; ensure national defense and security; gradually build Nghia Tru into a civilized and modern urban commune.
