Speaking at the program, General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security - said that the statue of Uncle Ho was prototyped according to a documentary photo of President Ho Chi Minh in nearly six years. The Ministry of Public Security requests Party committees, authorities, organizations at all levels and people of Tuyen Quang province to do a good job of managing, preserving and promoting the value of the Monument in an effective and practical manner in the coming time.
The Uncle Ho Monument in Tan Trao is not only a symbol of deep gratitude for his great contributions but also the pride of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang province, an important highlight in the cultural and historical space of the Tan Trao special national relic site.

Speaking at the Festival, General Secretary To Lam expressed his emotion about returning to Tan Trao commune, Tuyen Quang province, the sacred historical land, which was once the capital of resistance, the origin of important decisions to bring the country to independence and freedom to attend the National Day for National Security Protection and the inauguration of the Monument "Uncle Ho in Tan Trao".
"The festival is an opportunity to review history, commemorate, express gratitude and affirm the important role and great contributions of the people in the cause of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, continuing to strongly promote that precious tradition in the new era, the era of rich, integrated and developed", the General Secretary stated.
To continue promoting the strength of the masses and the core role of the People's Public Security force in protecting security and order, the General Secretary suggested that the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province and Tan Trao commune continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the policies of the Party and State on building a movement of the entire people to protect national security.
