On October 10, the Government Office announced that it had just issued Notice No. 546/TB-VPCP on the conclusion of the Government Standing Committee on the situation and key tasks to overcome the consequences of natural disasters after storm No. 11.

The Government Standing Committee requests ministers, heads of sectors, secretaries and chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and cities affected and damaged by recent natural disasters to continue to focus on leading, directing and synchronously implementing solutions to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Organize visits, encourage and support families of deceased and missing people; take good care of the deceased according to local and ethnic customs; continue to mobilize forces to search for missing people, contributing to reducing the pain for the victims' families.

Continue to review and mobilize forces and means to promptly support necessary necessities (clothes, blankets, tarpaulins, food, food, drinking water, disinfectants, medicine, etc.) to be able to use immediately, urgently reaching isolated areas and those in need.

Deploy forces to be ready to protect dykes at vulnerable and dangerous dykes; issue national reserves for quick and effective implementation.

Quickly support people to repair damaged houses, rebuild collapsed houses, ensure temporary accommodation for people, clean houses, clean the environment, disinfect, prevent people from experiencing "skyrocketing", lack of food, clothing, hunger, cold; all students can go to school; patients are treated and treated promptly.

The Minister of National Defense and the Minister of Public Security direct units stationed in the area to deploy forces and equipment to support localities in protecting dykes on vulnerable and dangerous dykes.

Support people to clean up houses, headquarters, roads, environmental sanitation, disinfection, and national reserve allocation for quick and effective implementation.

Continue to invest in and upgrade the dyke system (especially the dyke lines in Thai Nguyen and Bac Ninh provinces), dams, and other infrastructure works to meet the requirements of flood and storm prevention and control, especially in the recent years, floods have become increasingly extreme, continuously breaking historical milestones.
