Building infrastructure (specialized warehouses for rice, rice, rubbing and processing facilities, applying science and technology to improve post-harvest preservation efficiency), investing in stronger development of high-value rice, has created a brand image.
Promote digital transformation, apply scientific and technological advances to production, reduce dependence on fertilizers and pesticides that affect rice quality, pollute the environment, increase rice productivity and quality, and increase export costs.
Continue to effectively implement policies to encourage and support the implementation of building raw material areas, strengthen production and consumption linkages of rice and rice according to the value chain; direct and guide businesses to organize the purchase of temporary rice, seek to expand new markets to stabilize rice prices, and support farmers.

The Minister of Finance continues to strengthen the implementation of support solutions, creating maximum convenience for rice exporting traders in carrying out customs procedures; enhancing the application of information technology and modern customs management methods in handling administrative procedures.
Quickly implement the refund of value added tax to facilitate rice export traders and consider the Association's recommendations related to VAT. Implement the purchase of rice in reserve, creating conditions for farmers to rotate production and have financial resources to prepare for the next crops.
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam directs commercial banks to promote credit provision for rice production, processing, purchasing and exporting enterprises, especially during periods of market fluctuations to help producers and enterprises seize opportunities and limit risks in accordance with legal regulations.
