This afternoon (February 18), in Hanoi, Inspection Team No. 1913 of the Politburo and the Secretariat held a conference to announce the inspection decision in 2025 for the Central Military Commission.
The conference was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, Head of the inspection delegation; General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense.

At the conference, Inspection Team No. 2023 of the Politburo and the Secretariat announced the Inspection Decision and Inspection Plan for the Central Military Commission.
The inspection content for the Central Military Commission focuses on the following issues: The summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18-NQ/TW, associated with the establishment and operation of new party committees.
The implementation of Directive No. 35/CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025 adjust and supplement a number of contents of Directive 35.
The dissemination of the implementation and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; the implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.
The inspection ensures democracy and objectivity; complies with the principles and regulations of the Party and the Inspection Procedure of the Politburo and the Secretariat; raises awareness of self-criticism and criticism of the inspected party organizations.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasized that through the work of grasping the situation, urging, guiding, and inspecting to correctly assess the advantages, limitations, and shortcomings (if any) of the Central Military Commission on inspection contents; guiding and resolving arising difficulties and problems; replicating good, creative, and effective models and methods, ensuring that Party organizations fully and deeply grasp the major policies of the Party, Politburo, Secretariat, and organize unified implementation, achieving the set goals and requirements.
Noting that the inspection needs to be effective and practical, avoiding forms and in accordance with Party regulations, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc suggested that the Central Military Commission and the inspected units coordinate closely, create conditions, provide complete and timely records and documents during the inspection process; proactively arrange appropriate working hours for the inspection team to successfully complete assigned tasks.
Agreeing with the report of the inspection team, General Phan Van Giang emphasized that in the past time, the Central Military Commission and the Central Military Commission Standing Committee have focused on leading and directing the implementation of the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions seriously, promptly and effectively, associated with the responsibility of officers and soldiers in performing their tasks.
General Phan Van Giang hopes that the inspection team will continue to closely coordinate, help and guide the Central Military Commission to successfully complete the inspection contents.
