This afternoon (February 24), in Hanoi, Inspection Team No. 1907/2021 of the Politburo and the Secretariat held a conference to announce the decision and inspection plan for 2025 for the Party Committees of Central Party agencies.
The conference was chaired by Politburo members: President Luong Cuong, Head of the Investigation Team No. 190 of the Politburo; Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, Secretary of the Party Committees of Central Party Agencies.
Also attending were Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Central Office Le Hoai Trung - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies.

The inspection team announced the Politburo's decision, plan, and inspection program with the following contents: The implementation of the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Executive Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion 121-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18, associated with the establishment and operation of new party committees;
The implementation of Directive No. 35/CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025 adjust and supplement a number of contents of Directive 35.
The dissemination of the implementation and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
Implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on Socio-Economic Development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.
Speaking at the conference, President Luong Cuong clearly stated that the purpose of this inspection is not only to assess the implementation of important policies and guidelines of the Party but also to promptly detect new factors, individuals and groups with good and creative ways of doing things to replicate and promote.
Assessing that the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, although newly reorganized, have a particularly important position, need to be exemplary and take the lead, the President suggested that through this inspection, in addition to thoroughly grasping the purpose, requirements, content, and methods, they must set an example, properly assessing the current situation of advantages and results; shortcomings and limitations, but for Party agencies, inspection must be turned into self-inspection. This is an important factor contributing to improving the quality of the Party's leadership, direction and management in all fields.

For the Party Committees of Central Party agencies and 4 affiliated Party Committees that are inspected, the President requested that in the spirit of changing inspection results, it is necessary to prepare and evaluate very carefully, seriously, and cooperate with the inspection team; urgently develop a self-inspection report with relevant records and documents, send to the Politburo and Inspection Team No. 190 before February 28, 2025 as planned.
The reports need to closely follow reality, accurately reflect the implementation of the 4 checked contents, clarify the achieved results, limit the shortcomings and propose solutions to overcome them in the coming time.
The President emphasized that the working process needs to ensure close and timely coordination to facilitate the inspection team's completion of its tasks; at the same time, he requested that party organizations and party members under the Party Committees of central party agencies enhance their sense of responsibility, proactively provide complete and honest information and data, and ensure transparency in inspection work.
