According to the report of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, up to now, many tasks related to completing documents have been completed, organizing many meetings and conferences to direct, operate and guide the exhibition implementation.
At the same time, allocate exhibition space and appraise the overall design plan with the participation of international consultants; issue communication plans before, during and after the exhibition; complete and announce exhibition logo models...
Currently, agencies are continuing to complete the design of exhibition spaces, prepare for construction; organize overall market design, build digital exhibitions; design decorations for celebrations, visual cheering, publications, promotional videos; develop a plan to organize exhibition construction; develop a plan to ensure security, order and health; develop a plan to organize opening and closing.
The Ministry requests ministries, branches and localities to continue reviewing and completing the exhibition content; urgently design, production, construction, installation, and completion of all items, basically completed before August 15.
Localities register to participate in regional food and specialty stalls to select suitable products, introduce culinary culture and local image to the public.
In his concluding remarks, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that this is a major and important event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, held for the first time on a large scale in a large space.
Along with giving opinions and notes on some specific contents, the Prime Minister emphasized the requirement to organize exhibitions successfully with the best quality, worthy of 80 years.
